ServiceNow have announced they have purchased a company called Dxcontinuum! Dxcontinuum specialise in machine learning technology and are based in Silicon Valley. We suspect ServiceNow may look to implement this technology to help route tickets more efficiently based on keyword, phrases, language and even escalations based on previous tickets- exciting stuff to look forward to. …
